Richard R. Mehrhof, Jr.
A graduate of Walter F. George School of Law, Mercer University in 1975. He is a member of the Federation of Insurance and Corporate Counsel and a member of D.R.I. A member of the South Carolina Bar, State Bar of Georgia, Augusta Bar Association, Atlanta Claims Association, and admitted to practice law in State and Federal Courts in both Georgia and South Carolina.

Mr. Mehrhof is immediate past Chairman of the Augusta Bar Association.  According to a well-known legal publication, he is "A.V." rated by his peers, including local lawyers and judges, which is the highest available rating for both legal abililty and ethical standards.  Since 2001 Mr. Mehrhof and his law partner have obtained settlements or judgments in favor of their clients totaling more than Eleven Million Dollars.

Thomas F. Allgood, Jr.
He is a graduate of the University of South Carolina, and Emory University Law School. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, Augusta Bar Association, American Bar Association, South Carolina Bar and Atlanta Claims Association. He is admitted to practice in all Georgia and South Carolina Courts and all Federal Courts in Georgia. He is former attorney-in-charge and lead trial counsel for United States Fidelity and Guaranty Company. Mr. Allgood is Member-At-Large of the Executive Committee for the Family Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia.
